I was able to test out the Silhouette Studio® Designer Edition for myself and decided to whip up a shirt for the upcoming movie premiere of The Hunger Games! I might be just a little bit excited!!
In fact…I made one for my son too! I was able to take an image and manipulate it so that I could cut the silhouette image of it out in some black heat transfer material and then iron them onto some shirts. A quick and easy way to add some fun to a fun night out!
What about you? Are you going to see The Hunger Games?

I was sent the link to this particular page of your website, because it just happens to be my wife’s birthday. And this year she has been talking about the Silhouette Cameo all month as a hint for a birthday present. The machine look like it would be very useful and has a lot of possible applications.
So, my question is how long will the special coupon be valid? I was still deciding what to get for her this year, and I have limited funds, so this special you are having now is really attractive. It just happens to be a little early for me because of how my pay comes in.
Thank you for you time and I love the shirt you have here!

Hey Jon,
This deal runs through March 28th. This is one of the lowest prices I have seen. The lowest price I have been able to offer with my code has been $299. I am going to be offering another deal in a couple of weeks (around the 2nd) but I have not been given the details yet. Hope that helps with your decision!
I have lots of friends with a cricuit and I keep thinking “I wish there was something I could connect directly to my computer to print designs I create or save there instead of having to buy cartridges.” It sounds like this is it!!
I’m with Jon, how long is this special good for. This is not quite in the budget right now but it looks like a good deal. Thanks for sharing!
This has been the best deal I have been able to offer. Especially if you need the Designer Software. The special is good through March 28th!
Hey! I am dying to know what heat transfers you used. I clicked on the link, but I couldn’t find anything about heat transfers. Could you let me know?! Thanks!
Ashley,
I used the Silhouette Heat transfer Paper. Here is a link to the site where you can find them. I also went back and added that to my post. Thanks for the great question. I should have added that in the beginning! http://www.silhouetteamerica.com/heatTransfer.aspx
Hi, so I wanted to know if you designed the above Hunger Games logo? I would love something like this! Thx for your help–I just got my Cameo yesterday and still trying to figure it out, but am in LOVE!! :)
Is the SVG of this image available?
Thank you,
Jennifer

Do you have the silhouette pattern of the Hunger Games symbol? I’ve tried to make one but the arrow comes out to thin and tears. Please help if you can.
