Photo Wall–Cut It Out Frames & Giveaway

*Disclosure: This post and giveaway is sponsored by Cut It Out.  However, all opinions and statements are mine and mine alone.

Since we moved in our home over 11 years ago, we have never added any decor to the “game room” or “play room” in our basement.  It was kind of just a catch all room for our junk and items we had no where else to store…and the kids toys.  It was just kind of there.  A room to shut the door to when you had company over.

Now that my kids are older, they want to have a place to hang out with their friends.  So we decided it was time to finally pay attention that this room and actually put some photos up on the walls.  Since it was our “game room” we decided to hang some photos of our family “playing” together.  I used some photo frames that I got from Cut It Out.

If you have been following me on Instagram, than you might have already seen me share some other rooms in my home where I have also used frames from Cut It Out.  I LOVE these frames.  They come in a lot of different shapes and sizes and the prices can NOT be beat.  The frames are a great way to add some fun decor to your walls while displaying photos of your friends and family.

The frames come unfinished so that you can paint them the perfect color for your taste and your room decor.  In this room, I went with all of the same frames in the Balboa style in both 8×10’s and 11×14’s.  Then I simply painted them in a white satin paint.  We still have a few more finishing touches to the room but we have made some great progress making this room…well…a room we don’t need to shut the door to.  If you are interested in how we made our DIY Ping Pong Table Top you can see the post here:  DIY Ping Pong Table
