Make some Oreo Blondies for a fun little treat. Great recipe that comes out perfect every time. Throw in different candy pieces or chocolate chips.
BLONDIE
My daughter LOVES to bake and I LOVE that she loves to bake. My boys love that she loves to bake. On Sundays, she usually likes to make something fun for a Sunday evening snack. Who is going to say no to that?
This past week she wanted to use up some Oreos we had in the house. So she made these Oreo Blondies….they didn’t last very long.
BLONDIE RECIPE
We usually prefer regular brownies to a blondie…do you? But it was nice to have something different. I just nibbled a corner since I am really watching what I eat right now, but everyone else thought they were pretty tasty! We just used our Nestle Tollhouse Blondie Brownie Recipe and added some crushed Oreos too.

OREO BLONDIE RECIPE
Make some Oreo Blondies for a fun little treat. Great recipe that comes out perfect every time. Throw in different candy pieces or chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar packed
- 3/4 cups butter 1 1/2 sticks, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Oreos or Chocolate Chips (or combination)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
-
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract; gradually beat in flour mixture.
-
Stir in morsels. Spread into prepared pan.
-
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
CRUSHED OREOS
There are a couple of ways to crush oreos. You can place them in a large plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. They won’t be quite as fine as crushing them with a blender or food processor, but it will work just fine! It just depends on how large or small you want your pieces.
Make these for your next family treat or party get together. They are definitely a crowd pleaser! You could also throw in pretty much anything that you enjoy… M&M’s, nuts, cranberries, butterscotch or peanut butter chocolate chips! Cater them to your own tastes!
