I found a super easy, step-by-step, tutorial for these fun “twirly skirts” here. I made one for the three girls, but was not able to finish the baby’s until a couple of weeks later. I am not a seamstress! But I was able to make these because the tutorial was so detailed and easy to follow! I found both fabrics at JoAnn’s.
