Just over 2 years ago my husband and I were living near Detroit. We had recently moved there and I was looking for a creative way to spend my evenings when Zack had to work late.
I decided to teach myself how to sew with the help of many library books. Shortly after moving to Detroit, we BOTH lost our jobs. Later that year we moved to Minneapolis, which is where we currently live. My business is my passion. I love that I’m able to share our story of unemployment, my story of an indie biz owner, and YOUR story of handmade goodness. I love to support other handmade shop owners… it’s a true delight.
