A few days ago, I shared with you this Printable Lighted Christmas Sign that I created for my Christmas Mantel this year. I like to change things up just a little bit from year to year. This year I decided to go really simple for my Christmas Mantel.
If you would like to create one of these Lighted Christmas signs you can download the free printable I shared with you earlier here. It is sized right now for a 16 x 20 photo frame, but you can crop it and resize it to any size smaller than a 16 x 20.
I added some simple pine garland which I picked up from Michael’s a few seasons ago, but they always carry something similar every year. The Reindeer is from Pier One a few seasons ago as well. The gold and silver branches are from Michaels as well. I simply placed them in a glass vase that I use for flowers.
The stocking hangers spell PEACE and were picked up at Target a few seasons ago as well. The Christmas Stockings were picked up from Tai Pan.
Such a simple Mantel for me this year, but I am really happy with it. We had some crazy construction going on at our house (what’s new…right?! haha) right after Thanksgiving and into this weekend. We joined the Master Bedroom with a small side room by tearing out a wall. Then had our upstairs carpeted after needing new carpet for 11.5 years. Sometimes things take a lot longer than you want them too! So I had to go really simple this year for sanity’s sake…and because the construction dust is a little ridiculous.
Today I have joined up with some other lovely bloggers who are also sharing their Christmas Mantels. So if my mantel is not really your style, maybe you will find one here that you just LOVE!
I hope take a minute to check out these beautiful Christmas Mantels:
