You guys! I am loving this Project Life scrapbooking. I have mentioned before about my lack of ability for scrapbooking. My scrapbook skills are stuck in the 1990’s and it takes me way too long to design ONE.SINGLE.PAGE. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
A couple of months ago, I started using Becky Higgins Project Life and I am LOVING it. It is hands down one of the easiest and cutest ways to document your family photos. The designs and layout are hip and adorable. I used the Honey Edition for this layout.
I am finally finding the time…and the desire, to get my pictures out of the old boxes and off of the computer and into an album that we can actually see and ENJOY! And…they even come with helpful little hints…which are really helpful for people like me.
For some reason, even though I am creative, I have a really hard time deciding how to arrange things in my scrapbooks. It is also simple enough that it makes for a great Sunday activity at my house with my girls. They LOVE to help me and would love to start a mini album of their own.
The most recent pages I finished were dedicated to our recent family trip to Lake Powell just a couple of weeks ago. Boating and camping are some of our favorite family activities to do together and it is so nice to be able to document them in a fun and beautiful way.
After years of struggling about what to do with all of our memories and photos…I am so happy to finally be enjoying them again.
Project Life is now available in retailers throughout the U.S., including Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Archivers, Craft Warehouse, Beverly’s Fabrics and hundreds of independent shops. You can also find Project Life online at Two Peas in a Bucket and Scrapbooks.com.

Have you guys tried Project Life yet? What do you love about Project Life?

My 6-year-old loves helping me pick out the photos and cards to put in the sleeves. We get to talk about what we remember from the pictures, and I tell her about when she was a baby. I have really loved doing PL with her this summer, and actually documenting our simple life! I just forget that when I’m taking actual photos, I need to remember to zoom out a little for some so I can crop them for the little sleeves! :) I am going to do it with my 4-year-old too this year while big sis is at school. I LOVE Project Life!

That is so true Melanie! I love that you are able to talk. With your daughter about when she was a baby and share those memories together! That is what it is all about! I always forget about zooming out as well! Thanks so much for sharing that!
This makes so much sense for busy moms! Why didn’t I think of it? I checked our local Hobby Lobby and they do carry Project Life! Which totally excites me. I’ll be using my 40% off coupons in the near future!
I know! It is exciting that major retailers are stocking it now! Wahoo 40 percent coupons!
Amy. What retailer have you found to have the beat selection? I went to Michaels and was frustrated by their limited product offering of project life.
Hey Melanie! I asked my contact for Project Life and this is what she said:
Hobby Lobby and Michaels are carrying the widest selection of product, although Michaels didn’t bring in the full line until this weekend. If she heads back into the store this week, she should see more product.
Hopefully that will help!
