Have I shared with you just how much I enjoy using my Silhouette? Well, if we haven’t established this yet…I do. I use it all of the time. Most recently, I used my Silhouette machine to create this Subway Art Dresser for my son’s room.
We moved my two boys out of an overcrowded shared room and move them into their own spaces. I shared my oldest son’s room reveal here if you are interested. And today I want to share with you one project of my other son’s room. His room is about 90% completed and I will for sure share with you the final reveal when I can’t get it done.
But before we do that…let’s be sure and get the details for the Silhouette Giveaway and Promotion out of the way for those of you who are here for that.
If you would like to go ahead and take advantage of the Silhouette Promotion click here and use the code IDEAROOM to get the deal.
If you want to be entered for a chance to win your very own Silhouette Portrait Machine simply follow the directions in the Rafflecopter entry boxy below:
*Disclaimer–Entrants must be U.S. residents and 18 years or older to participate.
This giveaway will run from April 18-26th, 2013.
The winner will be announced back here later on the same day.
One winner will be chosen via Random.org and will have 24 hours
to claim it or another winner will be chosen.
Want to know how I made the Subway Art Dresser? I will be sharing the full tutorial in a later post here on The Idea Room. Be sure to stop back by!

That dresser is absolutely brilliant!! I LOVE it!!! Can’t wait for the tutorial on this. I have a Silhouette, but I am afraid that I don’t currently use it to its full potential. It’s not a matter of a learning curve, just time.
Thanks for sharing

Winning this would let me be able to continue crafting while my hand heals from surgery to repair 3 tendons and 2 nerves that I damaged when a window broke and sliced my wrist open! I will not know if the surgery was successful for at least 6 weeks. There is still a chance that I will lose use of my hand. Thank you for a chance to win a tool that will allow me to continue doing something I love!
