Fourth of July Printable Popsicle Tags

The Fourth of July is tomorrow and we couldn’t be more excited.  The Fourth is one of our family’s favorite holidays! We love to get together with family and friends and celebrate and it usually involves a BBQ and some fireworks (either our own or a local firework show).  The weather is usually hot so it is nice to be able to cool off from all the fun festivities with something sweet and icy cool.

Fourth of July

This year I will be bringing these super simple and easy Fourth of July Rocket Pops to share with the family.  I created a simple popsicle tag to go on the popsicle sticks to add some extra flair.  I simply printed them out and then cut them out with a paper punch.  Then tape or tie them onto the popsicle sticks.

I am sharing the free Fourth of July Printables for these popsicles with you so that you can hurry and make some for your Fourth of July Party too.

Fourth of July Printables

I am joining with a group of bloggers over the next several months to bring you a monthly printable.  I did this last year with a group of friends and really enjoyed it and we thought it would be fun to get it up and running again.  We hope you will love it too.  It is nice to be able to find something fun that you can simply print out and use in your home for simple decor, party ideas, crafts and etc.

This month, since the Fourth of July is upon us, we thought it would be fun if we each shared a Fourth of July Printable.  We usually get together with family and friends on the Fourth of July and celebrate with a fun picnic or BBQ.  So I thought it would be fun to add some simple drink labels to the party decor.  It is a great way to add a simple decorative touch to your table.

My kids love to drink out of Mason Jars so I just made some labels to fit the top of the standard Mason Jar lid.  Simply download the labels and print them out.  Then use your Mason Lid to determine how large you want to cut around the labels.  Cut and then place them on top of the metal lid.  I punched a hole in the tops of the lids so that the straws could fit through them as I shared with you here:

Red, White & Blue Fourth of July Printable

Today I am so excited to be working on an HUGE…and I mean HUGE blogger collaboration with over 100 other bloggers.  We are joining together to bring you over 100 free Red, White and Blue Patriotic (Fourth of July) printables and projects.

red, white and blue badgeI thought it would be nice to be able to display part of the Pledge of Allegiance in my home to help us Celebrate the Fourth of July, our American Independence Day.  For some reason, these pictures turned out to be not as vibrant as the printable is in real life.  The entry area in my home is in a dark north facing area so getting a good picture in here is hard ;).

But anyways, I digress…You can use this printable to display in your home to add to your Fourth of July Decor, or use it to help add some festiveness to you Fourth of July Party/BBQ.

Pasta Salad Recipe

The BBQ season is here!  And that means warm summer nights and picnics with delicious food.  One of our favorite BBQ dishes is this Pasta Salad.  This is one of our favorite Pasta Salad Recipes, and is always a hit.  I thought I would take it up a notch and serve the Pasta Salad up in some small mason jars.

I love that you can package this Pasta Salad up in these fun mason jars so that your company and guests can grab individual servings sized Pasta Salad in a Jar!  Might as well put this in a jar too right?

I think this would make a great addition to any picnic or BBQ and ups the cuteness factor of your table setting too!  Another bonus is that you can make them before hand and store them in the fridge until you are ready to serve them so that they are nice and chilled when its time to eat.

Here is the recipe…

I thought these would also be fun for your Fourth of July BBQ too.  So I was sure to make the labels so that they could fit into your Fourth of July decor with the colors I chose.  Simply print out the free printables I am sharing today on regular white paper or cardstock and then trace the mason jar lid and cut out the labels so that they fit your jars perfectly.  Then just place the label on top of the lid and then screw the mason jar ring on.

If you are looking to up the cuteness factor even more, attach a wooden or plastic fork to the jar so that the recipient can eat it straight from the jar.
