Birthday Party Invitation Idea

birthday invitations 3 wm

Need some easy birthday invitations?  I know summer is mostly over for everyone…but I thought these invitations were a really easy way to make some cute and inexpensive birthday party invitations for my daughter’s friend party this summer.  Most of you probably have all you need on hand to whip up some of these quickly.  I originally saw these a couple of months ago but can not remember where I saw them.  Can anyone let me know so I can link back to them?  Thanks!

Anyways…my daughter wanted to have a water party.  So the girls played in the sprinklers and slid down the slip and slide.  We also had cupcakes,  popsicles and this pink lemonade that I shared with you earlier!

I simply typed up the party invitation information including the time and place and then printed it out on regular white paper.  I simply cut around the information and glued it onto some popsicle shapes that I cut out of scrapbook paper.  Then I took my round scalloped paper punch and used it to punch out a corner of the popsicle so that it looks like teeth marks.  Glue a popsicle stick to the back and that is it!
