WATERMELON SORBET
It’s hot out there! And you need a way to cool off that is tasty, refreshing and not a million calories…right?! If you love watermelon, you are going to love this refreshing sorbet. This is also an amazing treat because it is dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan! This is a perfect way to beat those hot summer days. Whip some up for an afternoon snack or to serve at a party or BBQ.
HOW TO MAKE WATERMELON SORBET
INGREDIENTS:
- SUGAR
- WATER
- LEMON JUICE
- WATERMELON
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook the sugar, water and lemon juice together, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved and the texture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and chill.
- Cut up watermelon cubes and remove all seeds.
- Puree in a blender
- Stir into chilled syrup mixture
- Freeze in an ice cream maker
- Store in freezer in an airtight container.

- Ice Cream Maker
- Lemon Zester and Juicer
- Cream of Coconut
- Stainless Steel Sorbet Straws
- Stainless Steel Sorbet Bowls

- 1/2 cup water
