Our family loves finding new breakfast recipes to enjoy on the weekends! Try our delicious Baked Oatmeal Recipe! It’s so easy to make! Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit for the Best Baked Oatmeal you have ever had!
This Baked Oatmeal Recipe is one of our family’s favorite go-to Breakfast Recipes. It is so good and is often requested by each of my children. I love to make it for any family events as well because it is easy to make it the night before so I don’t have to get up early and do some baking!
We have tried a few different Baked Oatmeal Recipes and this is by far our favorite. It is moist and delicious and feels more like a cake than Oatmeal. We replaced half of the oil in this recipe with applesauce so it is naturally sweet without all of the fat from the oil!
It fills an entire 9 x 13 pan and is quite filling so it is perfect for a family event or for a larger family. It freezes well, so sometimes I will freeze half of it if I don’t think we will be able to eat it all before it goes bad…but usually it goes so fast that is not a problem.
