Did you know that Cauliflower is an excellent nutrient source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6 and a good source of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, manganese, phosphorus, and biotin. I know I sure didn’t. All I knew was that I loved it and it is a vegetable. Did you know that Cauliflower can be mashed, pickled, roasted, blended or made into rice?
