Hey friends! I am Brooke and I blog over at All Things Thrifty! Can I just say that I am thrilled to be here! Amy is such a dear friend, one of the sweetest people I know and is crazy talented! But of course, you already knew that! ;-). I am excited to share with you this delicious No Bake Cheesecake Dessert with Peach Glaze Topping.
{Here we are at SNAP with our awesome friend Mique from 30 Handmade Days!}
I have a confession. I kinda have a sweet tooth and by kinda I mean I totally love them! Ha! And desserts are definitely a favorite! I wish I could list all of the ones I love but a couple that come to mind are these delicious brownies {that have a secret ingredient} or this amazing Brazilian frosting! But my absolute favorite might just be this white chocolate raspberry bundt cake. It is what dreams are made of! My mouth is watering just thinking about them! Yum!
So now that I told you my secret, it’s only fitting that I share with you guys… wait for it… a yummy dessert! Ha! It is the perfect summer dish and the best part is that it has fresh peaches, which are totally in season! So hurry and make it before they go out! In fact, make it a couple times! Not that I’ve done that… {cough, cough}
So without further adieu, here’s what you’ll need:
No Bake Cheesecake Dessert with Peach Glaze Topping
Mix the following ingredients for the filling:
1 8 oz box cream cheese
1 8 oz cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar
Chill for at least 2 hours
For the glaze, mix the following on the stove:

Mix and heat until sugar is dissolved and thick.
Then add the following while it is still hot:
2 T. Orange jello {dry mix}
1 T. Lemon Jello {dry mix}
Chill and add 3 cups sliced peaches.
Serve and enjoy!
Mmmm, doesn’t that look delicious?
Well friends, I have loved being here! Thanks again for letting me hang out today! I hope that you’ll pop over and say hi sometime!
xoxo
Brooke

you add this for peaches, Then add the following while it is still hot:
2 T. Orange jello {dry mix}
1 T. Lemon Jello {dry mix}
Chill and add 3 cups sliced peaches
But what would you use for maybe pineapples or strawberries? The pineapple would be good with orange and lemon.

Simple, but so tasty! Peaches add a delicious, light flavor. The cheesecake filling is so creamy!
