QUICK BREAD RECIPE
I love quick breads, because they are just that…quick and easy! This is a recipe that you can also add your favorite add-ins too.
I recently partnered with Nature Valley and thought it would be fun to throw some of this tasty Nature Valley™ Toasted Oats Muesli into the bread along with a handful of craisins. I love the flavor and texture it added to the bread. This mix has Toasted Oats, Cranberries, Coconuts, Almonds and Pumpkin Seeds. All that yummy goodness mixed in the bread makes it extra delicious.
CRANBERRY BREAD
Go ahead and make some! You won’t regret it. If you are able to make some without eating it all, it will also make a great gift idea this holiday season or to cheer up someone who may be feeling down and out.
