You are going to love this PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe Copycat. So easy and delicious and on the table in under 30 minutes!
LETTUCE WRAPS
I don’t know about you…but I LOVE Lettuce Wraps…especially the lettuce wraps from PF Changs. Have you ever tried them? So, so good! Even though I love them, I don’t always love going out and fighting the crowds and paying a lot to eat out. So I found a recipe I loved from Damn Delicious and changed it up a little bit to meet our taste preferences.
PF CHANG’S LETTUCE WRAPS
I tried a few different recipes, but this recipe was by far my favorite. This dish has so much flavor and tastes so good! And of course I had to make a couple different Lettuce Wrap Dipping Sauces as some of us are fans of Peanut Butter and some prefer a soy sauce based dipping sauce. Both are pretty tasty! Or you can eat them without a dipping sauce because they really are great on their own too!
Make sure you grab a nice crispy head of butter lettuce to use for your lettuce wraps!
I made these for dinner when the kids were at school because we had a super busy evening with sports and activities for the kids. So, I had a couple for lunch (hehe) and then heated the chicken mixture back up for a quick dinner when everyone was home for a quick dinner before heading out again. Twice in one day was just fine by me!
Another great thing about this asian chicken lettuce wraps recipe is that you can customize them and serve them in so many different ways! Serve them as an appetizer or snack. Or serve the the lettuce wraps as a main dish with a side of rice and vegetables, your favorite stir fry, or rice noodles.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION
You can still enjoy this delicious recipe if you have food allergies or intolerances! They are gluten-free and dairy free! Just make sure to use gluten-free soy sauce or tamari. If you are soy free, you can substitute the soy sauce for coconut aminos.

Recipe Notes
- I use olive oil, but you can just as easily use avocado oil or another seed oil.
- You can substitute ground beef, ground turkey, or ground pork in for the ground chicken if you would like.
- I recommend using a crisp lettuce so your lettuce wraps don't fall apart as you eat them. I would suggest using 1 head butter lettuce, iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, or bibb lettuce. Any of these options work great!
