Ingredients
4chicken breasts
1/2cupsalsa
1TBSPchili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Turn instant pot onto high pressure setting for 15 minutes.
Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of your instant pot.
Pour the salsa and chili powder over the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to the chicken for your own taste preferences.
Place on the lid and seal the instant pot shut.
Cook for the 15 minutes and then let the instant pot natural release for 10-15 minutes.
Release any left over pressure by using the quick release valve.
Take out chicken breasts and shred your chicken between two forks.
Place shredded chicken back into the juices.
Add shredded chicken to your tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
Recipe Notes
*These cooking times are for frozen chicken breasts. If you chicken is not frozen, take about 5-8 minutes off the cooking time depending on how thick they meat is.
