Sharing some super last minute gift ideas that are really simple if you need a last minute idea!
This “Chappy” New Year gift has been around for a while and I think that it is really clever. There are some that say Merry “Kiss”Mas but I wanted to keep Christ in Christmas so I created these to go with my ALL time favorite Chapstick…Peppermint Candy Cane ChapStick.
The Candy Cane ChapStick is only sold this time of the year in the stores and I always stock up on it! And if you are like me, your ChapStick is always disappearing or getting lost in the bottom of your purse somewhere…or it ends up in your children’s room or in their pockets…
My girls thought it would be fun to give their friends these cute ChapStick holders. They sewed several up by themselves with this easy to follow tutorial we found over at Little Bit Funky.
Now they can attach them to their backpacks so they always have their ChapStick easily accessible. I made one for myself to attack to the inside of my purse so that I will always be able to find it as well.
We also made up some cute little Candy Cane Chapstick boxes to hold the ChapStick in and give them to the ones we didn’t make the holders for.
They even stand up on their own. You can simply download them and then print them out on some white cardstock. Cut out and then fold on the dotted lines. I punched a hole near the tops and then strung a ribbon through them that had three little gold bells attached to them. Then I attached these printable ChapStick gift tags.

Hello,
Is it possible to purchase or get the template to make the candy cane chapstick holder?
I would like to start working on these for my co-workers this weekend.
Thank you.

How do you attach the chapstick to the larger card? I am making 150 of these so quick, cheap an easy would be helpful??
