The leprechauns came to our house yesterday. They left us some rainbow cupcakes {some of them even had bites taken out of them} and a pot of gold!
Wasn’t that nice of them? We didn’t manage to capture any. We consumed way too much green food coloring…more than any one person should be allowed in a years time…
You can make these simple Rainbow Cupcakes by simply making a white cake from scratch or out of a box. Then separate the batter into 5 different bowl evenly. Color each of the batter in the bowls a different color of the rainbow. Then layer the colors into your cupcake wrapper one at a time. Bake as normal for cupcakes according to the directions on your recipe or the box, which is usually 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.
And these cute cupcake toppers? Found them over at TomKat Studios here. Head on over and get some of your very own.
