I made a fun little Fall Leaves Printable to add some color to my Fall Mantle. In Utah, the leaves on the mountain are just starting to change colors. It always makes me so happy to see that. The days are still sunny and warm, but the evening breeze is cool and hints that summer is ending.
Fall is my very favorite season! So you can bet I am all ready to welcome it here. The mantle is decorated and the slow cooker has already been used several times this week. Not necessarily because the weather but because our busy weeknight schedules make it necessary…
This sign is so simple to make. I printed out these fall leaves and cut them out with my Cricut Explore. But if you don’t have a fancy cutting machine you can simply cut them with some scissors! Then I bent them so that they were more like a real leaf and had some dimension to them.
I printed the branch paper that the leaves are glued too. It is made to print out and fit into an 8 x 10 photo frame. I removed glass from the picture frame and then glued each individual leaf onto the branch.
And just for fun, I created this simple little video before I glued each leaf onto the branch!
