Well, the Leprechauns somehow managed to escape the trap we set for capturing them last night. And the pot we had left for them had disappeared. When the kids get home from school, I imagine that the first clue to it’s whereabouts will magically appear, allowing the kids to begin the treasure hunt to find the “pot of gold”. Were any of you sucessful in capturing a leprechaun?
After a futile attempt to find the pot on our own (without any clues), We started off the day with some green pancakes and milk. This year I am going to serve some Irish Soda Bread with our dinner. I found a recipe that looks easy and yummy. Then for some dessert, how about some mint chocolate chip milkshakes. We had to test one out this morning to make sure they would be good enough. By the way if you are interested, I found 8 matching milkshake glasses at the DI (Deseret Industries Thrift Store) for 50 cents each a couple of years ago).

I want a milkshake. What great photos. The girls look adorable. We did not set a trap because Nick and Ben think that is too mean. LOL
