My name is Nora and I have had my little blog, Just Make Stuff, for almost twelve years now. I have always loved being crafty, and especially wrapping gifts, but my work as college professor doesn’t leave quite as much time for it now. Those weeks before the holidays are usually filled with last classes and lots of finals to grade.
This still hasn’t stopped me from trying to make sure I include a tiny homemade touch on the gifts I am wrapping up for my family and friends. I like to stick to the same kind of gift tag for everyone and I usually break out one of the sets of alphabet stamps I’ve collected over the years. I also used a few holiday color stamp pads (this time I included neon pink, because that’s a holiday color, right?)
I love office supplies a little too much, so I decided to attach the tags with a small gold paperclip. It actually works out really well since otherwise the little tag would be tricky to tie into some of the big wired ribbon I am using for bows.
Hope that these simple tags are a reminder that, even when we don’t have much time, it can still be fun to add a bit of craftiness.
