It’s that time of year again at our house…time to pull out the winter coats, sweaters and our favorite Hot Cocoa Recipe. My kids love this Hot Chocolate Recipe after a long day up in the mountains skiing or after an afternoon of playing in the snow or sledding in the back yard. It is so easy to make and can be made on the stove top or in your Instant Pot!
I wanted to share with you our version of the Hot Cocoa Instant Pot Recipe because I have found that it is a little bit faster to make in the Instant Pot than it is on the Stove Top. We like a little bit of cinnamon in our Hot Cocoa so that is included in this recipe. You can leave the cinnamon out if that isn’t your style!
We love to top ours with marshmallows or whipping cream. Add some crushed peppermint or peppermint sticks if you want a little bit of pepperminty goodness.
