Teacher Appreciation Gifts

Photobucket

I made these cute water bottles for the kids teachers as a thank you gift a couple of weeks ago when it was Teacher Appreciation Week. I realized I forgot to blog about them, so here they are. They are so simple yet practical and affordable. I found the idea for them and some other gifts here. I know Teacher Appreciation Week has come and gone, but maybe you are looking for something little to give your kids teacher now that the school year is coming to an end. Or you may want to make some personalized hand-sanitizer or liquid soap. You can find my previous tutorial for them here.

My kids are counting down the days. No homework, no more books, no more science projects or history reports. Wahoo! We love summertime!

It's a very cute idea – except that Crystal Light has artificial sweetener in it which is toxic :(
Also, our society uses far too much bottled water – it's bad for the environment & our kids should be eating/drinking out of as little plastic as feasable.

I love that you posted this! I learned it a while ago and used it at my daughter's birthday party with packets of Kool-Aid instead of Crystal Light. The kids loved it.

Amy, I saw this the other day and was trying to find it again but it wasn't under Teacher Gifts, you might want to add that label because I had to search for it. It's SO super cute and the girls link you mentioned had the cutest popcorn gifts. I'm copying that too…

YES! YES! YES! I LOVE YOU!!!! LOL I was LOOKING for this. I sent out email to teachers and staff for end of the school year gifts- asking what they liked and one of the secretaries prefers water over soda, so I’m thinking how can I be creative with water? I put a message on HGTV message board and someone replied with a site that had this picture and so I here. THANK YOU!!!!
