BBQ PULLED CHICKEN
Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches can be made in a pressure cooker in 45 minutes and it only has six ingredients! Isn’t that amazing? In the past, we used to make our Pulled BBQ Chicken in the slow cooker and it took several hours to cook. Therefore, you had to plan well in advance if you wanted Barbecue Pulled Chicken for dinner. With this recipe, you can put frozen chicken breasts in the Instant Pot and have dinner on the table in 45 minutes!!
In my opinion, pulled chicken is yummier than pulled pork or beef for several reasons. This is a recipe that the whole family enjoys!
