Looking for a fun and festive drink to celebrate Valentine’s Day with this year? These non-alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiris taste delicious and make for a tasty Valentine’s Day treat! Since we don’t drink, we are sharing our non-alcoholic version…but you can easily adjust the recipe to your own personal tastes. Valentine’s Day is a family event at our home. We usually have our annual “romantic” candlelight dinner for…SEVEN! And the kids feel extra special to be included and especially when it involves a fancy drink!
My husband and I will usually celebrate Valentine’s Day on another evening so that we can spend some much needed quiet time with one another. We first made these Strawberry Daiquiris on New Year’s Eve this year. They were so good, and I never got around to sharing them with you. So when the kids requested them for our Valentine’s Dinner this year I thought they would be perfect! So…of course I had to make one quickly and snap some pictures to share here with you. Sometimes my job is really tough :)!
You can add some cute strawberries cut into heart shapes to garnish your drinks with. I simply sliced some strawberries and cut them into heart shapes and then placed them onto a wooden skewer with some lime slices. Cut the skewer to the right height for your glass so that the fruit sits nicely above your drink. If you are a fan of whipped cream (I am not…but most of my family is) add a dollop of fresh whipping cream to the top!
Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiris
1/2 cup Sprite (or similar beverage)
2 Tbsp. Sweetened Lime Juice (we used Rose’s brand)
2 Tbsp. Grenadine Syrup (we used Rose’s)
1/4 cup Confectioner’s Sugar
2 cups of Ice
8 oz. Frozen Strawberries
Place all ingredients into the blender with the liquid ingredients going in first, followed by the ice and the strawberries. Cover your blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately. Garnish with some fresh strawberries and limes if desired and top with whipping cream.
So yummy! Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? How do you usually spend your Valentine’s Day?

These look delicious and super refreshing. Kinda gives me the itch for summer.
Me too Paola! Me too! It was 65 degrees at my house yesterday (which is not normal in Feb)…and I am afraid we still have a LOT of winter left.
Wonderful idea, Amy! I shared it to our FB page today for others to see. Feel free to join us there if you haven’t already. Thanks for such an uplifting and beautiful site! We follow your posts!

Thank you so much for sharing Heidi! xo
Where can I find Grenadine syrup? I think I live not far from you, so what local store might have it? Or do you have to pick it up at a liquor store?
I just picked mine up at Target! It can be found in the soda aisle by the mixed drinks section.
Mmm! One of my favorite drinks – virgin. Pinned for later. This is a must make. Thanks for sharing!
You are so welcome! Glad you are going to make it!
Looks delicious! How many will this recipe serve?

How many servings does this make? I’m wanting to do this for a bridal shower! Recipe looks amazing!
I would say 3-4 cups. Thanks.
