OTHER ORGANIZATION PROJECTS
If you are interested in taking a deeper look into some of the spaces in my home, check out the following posts!

I don’t see measurements of the ingredients listed. Did I miss them?
The recipe is toward the end of the post. Hope this helps. Thank you.
Definitely an upgrade from regular Rice Krispie Treats- we love bringing this to potlucks and parties. Always a hit!
I love the Chex over the rice krispie’s personally!
Scotcharoos are the best!! I just love them! I will try them with the chex!
Do you have a link to the printable recipe for the Scotcheroos? I see a video with ingredients and instructions but not a printable version all in one.
Elizabeth- The recipe is toward the end of the post. If you still can’t see it, please let me know.
The printable version of instructions end at step 5. Melt chocolate. Nothing after, you have to go up on the page. Not practical.
Pat- Than you for making me aware of this. I will fix it.
Is there anything you can use to substitute for the corn syrup?? Would love to make these but can’t do corn!
Debbi- 1 cup honey – Use honey as a one-to-one replacement for light corn syrup. It has the same thickness, and won’t change the color of your recipe much – especially if you use a light-colored honey. It’ll also keep your baked goods moist. But you may want to use a different substitute, if you’re making honey. It’ll crystallize, if you take it to the hardball stage.
1 cup maple syrup or pancake syrup – Replace the light corn syrup in your recipe with the same amount of maple syrup. Better yet, use pancake syrup. It’s made from light corn syrup and maple flavoring, so it’ll get all the intended corn syrup into your recipe. This substitute will add a maple flavor and light amber color to your recipe, so consider whether this will work well with what you’re making. Making caramel or another type of hard candy? Then, use the fake stuff. It won’t crystallize.
