Hi, Amy,
I love your blog and your brilliant ideas and suggestions!!!
I am following you from Portugal, Europe, so, I ask you, any chance of adding the metric measures as well as imperial? We are in kilograms, celsius, litres, etc….
Thank you so much for your attention and I look forward to more and more ideas.
Have a great day!

Here is a website that may help with the conversions: http://whatscookingamerica.net/Q-A/equiv.htm
Could this be done using a pan that’s square than rectangle?
Yes, that should work just fine.
How long are they good for? Do u have to refrigerate them? Thank u!, Maggie😊
Lemon bars should be refrigerated if they are not going to be served the same day, or if you need to store leftovers. However, they are fine to keep out at room temperature for a number of hours if they are on a serving platter at a party. They should keep for about a week.
This is so easy to make and really satisfying! Will surely make this again, thanks a lot for sharing this amazing recipe!
