Chocolate Play Dough

Photobucket

This playdough smells so yummy! It looks like real chocolate dough. So much so in fact, when the hubby got home from work and found the mixing bowl and spoon in the sink (unwashed :)), he scraped off some dough from the spoon and ate it. Not quite what he was anticipating I’m sure. Sorry ’bout that! But so much fun to play with. Here is the recipe.

Mix together:

1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Make sure you combine these ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed together. Then add 1 1/2 T. cooking oil and 1 cup boiling water. Mix and knead until you have a nice smooth ball of dough.

Go ahead and make some right now. But be warned…I am not responsible for sudden chocolate cravings induced by the warm, doughy, chocolately goodness. Use at your own risk! If a regular play-dough is more your style, click here for the recipe.
