HOW TO MAKE SORBET
You do not need an ice cream maker to make it…but you can use it if you want. My ice cream maker is broken and this recipe works just great without it. You just need to stir the sorbet after it has been in the freezer for 1 to 3 hours to get it to a soft consistency!

Heather- Thanks for your kind comments. It’s a yummy one!
Sounds delicious! I plan on making tonight- but I don’t think it is a sorbet. I thought sorbets didn’t include dairy. (Just fyi)
Beth- You are right, it may be more of a sherbet because of the cream.
Can this be made with Stevia instead of sugar?
Susie- I have not tried Stevia. I am sure it would work though.
