They look delicious! And we love cinnamon syrup at our house. :)
These sound AMAZING! (The syrup too) I may just have to make them this weekend and start the dieting next week instead :)
Wow! I got a waffle maker for Christmas and can't wait to try these.
Hi Amy-
We woke up today to a "snow day" here in NY… schools are canceled and we are all in our jammies watching the beautifully falling snow turn everything into a "winter wonderland"….
I took a moment to check my Google Reader, and saw your post for this yummy breakfast- so I am starting to make it right now! Thanks for the inspiration!
Warmly,
Sharon

wow… a sudden urge to eat waffles and pancakes has taken over my existance!
I'm making these in the morning. thanks
@Michelle and @Aimee–You were right. These are Pumpkin Waffles not Gingerbread Waffles. I just confused the two. My roommate who gave me the waffles and I talked about both when she gave me the recipe. This is the Pumpkin recipe. Sorry for the confusion. I need to stop writing these posts at the end of the day when I am tired. I have made the edits. Thanks for pointing that out LOL!
these look to die for! I love anything pumpkin, except for pumpkin pie – weird, huh!?

JUST made these…Still cooking in the waffle maker! They are to DIE for. I Love pumpkin, and I love these! Thanks so much for the recipe.
I'm going to try these this weekend. I really LOVE pumpkin. Thanks Amy!!
About how many waffles does this recipe make? I'm wondering if I need to double it for our family.
@Vicky–Great Question! I doubled it {waffles and syrup} for my family of 7. It was just about perfect. And we had some syrup to spare.
Mmmmm….looks divine! Cannot wait to see your Valentine's projects!!!
These were delicious! The syrup was wonderful too! Great on a snowy day.
Saw this and new I had to make them for my kiddos this morning. We are all Gluten and dairy free around here but no problem. Just figured out the substitutions and they were fantastic. Perfect for an icy cold day.
***Loved the syrup!
Thanks!
I normally hate anything pumpkin . . . but I made these for my kids this morning to sneak in some veggies for them and I decided to give it a taste since they smelled so good. They are DELICIOUS. I guess I may like pumpkin after all – but I'll never eat pumpkin pie – the texture and look just aren't appealing to me. I haven't tried the cinnamon syrup yet, but I'll definately try that this weekend. Thanks for the recipe
I found this recipe on Pinterest! Tried them this morning for Thanksgiving–they were delish! Definitely a keeper! Thanks for sharing!
These were so easy to make and my kids LOVED them! I did, too! Thanks!
Must make these, they look (and sound) incredible!!!
My kids love them…so that is always a win at our house!
These are so yummy!! My favorite part was the cinnamon syrup… YUMMY!
The other stuff thats pumpkin I hate but these were delish.
Wondering how to store the syrup short term and long term? It’s so good! Thanks for sharing.
