HOMEMADE PEACH POPSICLES
Sooo yummy! The kids LOVE when we make these and I LOVE that there are no hidden preservatives or corn syrup (which I am allergic too). It is also amazing because it is dairy-free which is perfect for my girls! These are a great way to stay cool and enjoy the last and fleeting days of summer.
You can use either fresh peaches or frozen peaches and the recipe should turn out super tasty. We used fresh fruit for this particular batch of creamy peach popsicles, but in a pinch, the frozen peaches work just as good. You can also use a different sweetener such as stevia if you are wanting less sugar in these popsicles. You can try different fruit to make these popsicles such as strawberries, banana, blueberry, mango or coconut milk popsicles.

Fresh Peach Popsicle Recipe
Make these delicious and healthy popsicles with this Peach Popsicle Recipe. A simple and tasty treat for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ripe peaches (3–4 medium), halved and pitted
- 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/8 cup sugar or to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
-
Coarsely chop ripe peaches in a food processor. (The ripe peaches have such a sweet flavor, but the ripeness level of your fruit is up to you!) Transfer 1 cup of the chunky peaches to a medium bowl. Add lemon juice, orange juice and sugar to taste (depending on the sweetness of the peaches) to the food processor. Puree until smooth. Add to the bowl with the chunky peaches and stir in vanilla.
-
If you don't like the chunky texture in your popsicles you can always opt for the blender and blend your ingredients together for that smooth consistency! (Optional)
-
Divide the mixture and pour it in about twelve popsicle molds (or small paper cups). Freeze until beginning to set, estimate this to be about an 1 hour. Insert your popsicle sticks and pop them back into the freezer until completely firm, about 1 hour more.
