KITCHEN LABELS
A while ago I shared with you some Printable Pantry Labels to help you get your Pantry Organized and pretty! So of course, I was on a mission to prettify the rest of the kitchen. I came up with some more Printable Kitchen Organization Labels that I could create and share with you! These are so easy to use and are a great motivator to getting things organized and clean in your kitchen.
PRINTABLE KITCHEN LABELS
Some of these printable kitchen labels are kind of randomly and grouped together. But I decided to put the labels that needed to be a little bit smaller because of the jar or container they would be stored in together. So in this set we have the following labels…
-
- dish soap
-
- hand soap
-
- extra virgin olive oil
-
- canola oil
-
- coconut oil
-
- almond oil
-
- sesame oil
-
- peanut oil
-
- corn oil
-
- grapeseed oil
-
- safflower oil
-
- balsalmic vinegar
-
- vinegar
-
- rice vinegar
- cider vinegar
ORGANIZATION LABELS
Organization labels are a great way to help you organize areas in your home that need a little extra help. We all struggle to keep things in order especially when there a many people living there. Things always tend to get unorganized over time and having pretty organization labels can help you keep things in order. I don’t know about you, but when my home is organized I feel so much happier and on top of things. I feel like I am a better mom when the chaos isn’t weighing me down.

WHAT STICKER PAPER SHOULD I USE FOR MY LABELS?
I tried a few different materials to print these labels on to see which material I liked the best. I used some Avery Clear Sticker paper that came in sheets first. They were great…but…were not clear. They have a frost to them which bothered me on the glass jars. They were okay on the plastic containers if you had a white substance in them because they were not as obvious. The best material I found is the Clear Printable Sticker Material from Silhouette. It sticks well and printed on nicely.
HOW TO PRINT YOUR LABELS
- When you order your labels you will be sent an email with a link to the labels. You will then be able download the labels to your computer.
- Print the labels at home if you have a laser jet printer. Be sure to use high quality toner and a good clear sticker or white sticker material.
- If you do not have a printer at home or think your printer may not print in a higher quality, you can get the labels printed at a copy center using their laser printers and sticker/label paper.
- Then cut them to the proper size so that they fit onto your individual containers.
- To clean the label, simply wipe them gently with a damp, clean cloth.
- You can clean the inside of the containers. Just be careful not to soak the labels or get them too wet or they may peel off of your container.
- If you labels get too old or too dirty to clean properly you can reprint the labels again and replace them with new ones.
SUPPLIES FOR LABELS

KITCHEN STORAGE LABELS
I love having these oil and vinegar bottles out and easily accessible. We use them all of the time and it is nice to have them nicely labeled and close by when we are cooking in the kitchen.
And in case some of you are wondering, the dish soap and hand soap bottles are from Home Goods. I found some in fun shaped bottles that I liked and then just removed the labels and added these new ones. I have had these soap bottles for about a year now and I just refill them with the larger refillable soap when they are empty.
To grab your copy of our kitchen labels, click on the link here or the button below!
You will be sent an email with a link to the labels. Be sure to download them and print them out according to the directions above. Feel free to print them as many times as needed. The wash and care instructions for the labels are also above.
The labels will come on three separate downloads as follows:
-
- Kitchen Labels Set One (extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dish soap, hand soap, vinegar)
-
- Kitchen Labels Set Two (canola oil, coconut oil, almond oil, sesame oil, peanut oil)

Thank you, Amy, for the labels. You are incredibly generous. I look forward to making my kitchen and pantry look all spiffy and organized, lol.
You are so welcome!! The internet should be a happy place where we share and lift up one another!!
Amy,
Thank you so much for these wonderful labels! I just wanted to pass on a little tip for your followers. My laser printer was acting up (got to love technology!) so I had to resort to my injet printer, I was DETERMINED to get this done! So…For those of you without a laser printer – here’s what I did with my injet printer: I printed the labels on a full sheet of sticker paper, then I applied another sheet of blank sticker paper over the printed one – then I cut them to size, and applied them to my containers. No smudging even if they accidentally get wet! Hope this helps someone. :)
Thanks again for all you do!
GREAT idea!!! Thank you so much for sharing! I know many of my readers have inkjet printers and don’t have access to a laser printer. Do you mind if I edit my post to add your comment? I think it will help many and not everyone reads through the comments!! Thanks Wendy!!
Absolutely! I’m honored
I spent the morning printing the pantry labels and organizing it was picture perfect. Unfortunately, when I opened my pantry this afternoon most of the labels were coming off. I couldn’t find the Silhouette brand sticker sheets so I thought I’d try Avery clear sticker sheets. I am very disappointed and trying to figure out if it was the sticker sheet or my containers. I used the OXO Good Grips storage containers. Did you have any problem with the shape of the containers you used? I wasn’t sure if it was because some were more cylinder shaped or the brand of the sticker sheets. Thank you.
Oh no!!! Can you save them by putting a piece of clear packing tape over them? It could hold them on and might not be very noticeable. I am thinking it was the Avery labels. I originally tried those and didn’t love them. I shared that in the post.
Thank you, Thank you I need these and love these I really appreciate it makes everything just simple.
Love your pantry labels! But something else caught my eye in your pictures. The spice labels and the old soda rack you have them in. I have an old Royal Crown Cola rack and I would love to do that with it. Do you have spice labels and what jars did you use? Thanks!
Oh! I was going to post a link to those and forgot!! Here is the link to the tutorial for the spice rack and the spice rack labels. I originally offered them free for the first several days and then moved them into my shop. The links for everything can be found here!! http://www.theidearoom.net/2014/02/free-spice-labels-printables.html
Love this idea, I an going to do it ! Where did you get those awesome jars used for the flour and baking soda??? I need them :)
There is a link to the flour jar in the post to the kind I have. I bought the baking soda jar years ago and couldn’t find a manufacturer name on the jar. It has a silver lid that screws on! I wish I could remember that one!
OK thanks ! Yes that baking soda jar is vey nice :) I’ll keep my eyes out for something like it.
Thank you so much for the kitchen labels & pantry labels! What a great idea!
Any chance you’d be interested in printing some for me and letting me pay you?? I hate my current Avery labels (they peel off), I have been meaning to re-do several of them, and I need to label several new additions to my pantry… Thoughts? I only have an inkjet printer so my options are limited.
I’m sorry! I wish I could…but then I would have to do that for everyone and then I would have a different job ;). Could you possibly have your local copy center print them onto the silhouette labels for you? You bring the files and the labels in and they could just charge you for the prints? Just a thought! Wish I could help out more!
love your labels, thank you!
THESE ARE GOING TO AWESOME FOR MY CLOTHES BOXES. THANKS,
I love all of these labels. I have a suggestion. If you decide to do another set, I would love to see a label for beverages, coffee, tea, juice, water. These are the things that I use often and already have in glass jars. Keep up the good work. I’m sorry to say that I missed the spice labels when they were free. :(
Great suggestions! Thanks!!
