ROLO PRETZEL RECIPE
Only a few day left until Christmas. Therefore, I am sharing this Rolo Pretzel Recipe that tastes so good with minimal effort. They also, look festive wrapped up in a cellophane baggie! My girls love to make them. Resulting, in me having a little more time to get the last minute things taken care of.
We have also been able to modify them a bit and use gluten free pretzels so that my youngest can eat them too. She was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and these are one treat that she just didn’t want to give up!
ROLO
What is a Rolo? Rolo is a brand of truncated-cone-shaped or frustum-shaped chocolates with a caramel center, the shape resembling that of a shallow inverted bucket or tub or a traditional lampshade. They are made by Nestle.
HOW TO MAKE ROLO PRETZELS
First of all, you only need 3 simple ingredients. Sprinkles and M&M’s are optional to make these rolo pretzels.
- Square pretzels
- Rolo’s
- White chocolate
- Optional: Sprinkles or M&M’s
Next, unwrap the rolo candy. Place the square pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. After that, top each pretzel with a rolo. Bake for 5 minutes and immediately remove and add another pretzel on top of the rolo. Push down gently to flatten. Once cooled, dip in chocolate and add sprinkles for M&M’s. That’s it! So easy, right?!
CAN I FREEZE THIS ROLO PRETZEL RECIPE?
You really don’t need to freeze chocolate dipped rolo pretzels. They have a pretty long shelf life. Just keep them in an airtight container, a cookie tin, a glass jar, etc. Even pretzels with the Rolo and pecan melted on top should stay fresh for a couple of months if they are stored well.

Thank you!
