Yum, yum, yum! One of my favorite salads.

OMG! I LOVE fruity salads. I am totally trying this dressing recipe this summer! Thanks for sharing.
It is really yummy! Hope you enjoy it! Thanks.
This dressing is so fresh and light. We loved it!
Michelle, So happy you enjoyed it!
Yum! This is my favorite salad and I’ve been looked everywhere for a recipe for the vinaigrette! Thank you! How much roughly did this make and how long do you think it would keep? I’m wanting to make a larger batch and keep it for easy access…. so you think it would keep?
It makes about a cup and a half. It should last about a month. Thanks and Enjoy!
Strawberry dressing is so delicious mix with feta cheese —
I made this a month ago and it was fantastic! Since then, I have tried buying salad vinegrettes that sounded similar and they all don’t come close to this! I just love this dressing!
I will definitely be making this again soon. Instead of buying store bought, trying to compare! Thank you so much for the recipe.
Emilie- So glad you have loved it! Thanks for your kind words.
Delicious! Should this dressing be refrigerated (if made a few hours before serving?
Mary- I like to refrigerate mine. I hope you enjoy it!
Just wondering how long and how you store this
Hayley- I like to serve right away and store in refrigerator and use before the end of the week. Enjoy!
I just made this & I am RUINED for all future dressings. This is AMAZING!
Cynthia- I am so happy to hear this! We love it too!
IS THIS A SINGLE SERVING, NEED TO MAKE FOR A CROWD
Jan- This make about a 1/2 cup of dressing. It will cover a salad that you will be serving to a family of 6-7. You will definitely have to double or triple it for a large crowd. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
I wonder if you Could you use Raspberries instead of strawberries !
Susan- I think that would work just fine. Sounds delicious!
The red and green colors are so appetizing! I’m pretty sure the flavors are amazing! Looks yummy!
Journa- Thank you! It is a yummy one!
This is so much like the one I order at Zupas! Love everything in it! The dressing reminds me of summer! So refreshing & adds a lot of flavor!
Natalie- It really is so refreshing. This salad is a favorite of mine.
Just thinking about making the dressing but I don’t have fresh strawberries. Do you think I could use frozen strawberries instead.
Thanks
Kathy
Kathy- The frozen strawberries seem to get kind of mushy! I don’t think they would do well in this salad.
Hi! So in the recipe when it says “in this case, we’re using orange juice” does that mean you substitute orange juice for the apple cider vinegar? Thank you!
Page- yes, you can use apple cider vinegar or orange juice.
Not a fan of feta or goat cheese. Is there another cheese that would pair well with this salad?
I have used mozzarella before and it pairs really well with this salad.
