Last week I shared with you a yummy Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter Recipe. Today I want to share with you a recipe for Whipped Pumpkin Butter. I know!! Whipped Pumpkin Butter!! It looks as good as it tastes. I love fall baking and this Pumpkin Butter is perfect to spread onto your warm rolls, muffins or breads that you may be baking.
I made some up and enjoyed it on this Zucchini Quick Bread. It is worth making with that extra zucchini you still have laying around. Add in some chocolate chips to make it even yummier!

Whipped Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbs honey
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp clove
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

Whip butter with an electric mixer on high until the butter is light and fluffy with the whisk attachment

Add in the remaining ingredients

Whip the ingredients again to combine fully

Store in air-tight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator
